• The Software is supplied with no warranty, express or implied. The Trial Version is supplied so as to enable the User to assess the fitness-for-purpose of the Software. It is the User's responsibility to do this before purchasing an Activation Code for the Unlimited Version.
  • The User is granted a licence to use the Software. That usage is governed by the Terms and Conditions. Ownership of the Software is retained by the Author.
  • The Software is Not For Re-sale.
  • The Software must not be copied to any publicly accessible location (eg Web Server, FTP server etc), without the permission of the Author. This restriction applies to the Trial Version as well as the Unlimited Version.
  • The Software may be installed on more than one computer belonging to the User.
  • The Unlimited Version is *locked* to a particular computer and requires an Activation Code.  The Purchase Price includes Activation Codes for TWO computers belonging to the user. The Author will issue additional or replacement Activation Codes at his discretion.
  • The Purchase Price includes updates to subsequent versions - UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
  • The Purchase Price is that published on this web-site. In the event of the price increasing between the time the User downloads the Trial  version of the Software and the time they make a purchase: The User may decline to pay the new amount in which case the original fee will be refunded in full and no Activation Code will be issued.
  • The Author does not guarantee the accuracy of any files created using the Software. The User accepts responsibility for determining their accuracy.
  • The Author places no restrictions on the use of any files created using the Software.
  • The Software provides access to external 3rd party applications that may be withdrawn without notice. Since these applications are not under the Author's control no refunds or remedies will be made if they are non-functional.
  • The Author reserves the right to change these "Terms and Conditions".
  • Unless otherwise enforceable this agreement is governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
  • By downloading the Trial Version of the Software the User accepts these Terms and Conditions.

     

    The Author means Phillip Hornby, of Stockport, England.
    The User means any person downloading and installing the Trial Version of this software and/or purchasing Activation Codes for the Unlimited Version.
    The Software means "GeePeeEx Editor" in its shipped compressed form and the installed form on the User's computer.
